Current Open Positions
ABA Education Foundation is currently seeking Behavior Instructors in the San Diego Area to provide direct service to children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Service provision includes intervention and programs of instruction within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. The instruction may take place in the home or school settings. This position requires driving between client locations.
Examples of essential functions of Behavior Instructors include: implementation of discrete trial training, pivotal response treatment, Picture Exchange Communication System, and other ABA interventions; data collection and analysis; and implementation of caregiver training.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in psychology, human behavior, child development, early childhood education, education/special education, behavior analysis, or a closely related field, or have current status as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or have the BCAT certification. Prior teaching and or ABA experience is highly preferred. ABA Education Foundation offers competitive wages and benefits. Full and part-time positions are available.
Hours are between 8:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
